Smoothie Bowl

Rise and Shine with this delicious Smoothie bowl!

I always like to have frozen organic fruits for days that I don’t have much fresh ingredients, in no time I can blend a delicious smoothie like this one and top it with my fave power food.


  • 1 cup of coconut water ( or regular water)
  • 1 cup of frozen red fruits ( strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberry )
  • Optional: Chia Seed, organic coconut, frozen pomegranate, frozen blueberries and pecan

Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour in to a bowl and top it with your fave power food.
