🍋 One thing that I hear over and over, from models, nutritionist, celebrities, and bloggers is about drinking “warm lemon water” first thing in the morning!
It is so beneficial, it is detox, stabilize your stomach, you don’t get so hungry during the day, and the vitamin C as soon as you wake up helps your skin to look beautiful.
And it’s so EASY to do:
I just juice one lemon in hot water and drink when it is warm, after 30 minutes or so I have my breakfast. 🍋
